Please note: Opening hours and availability of all rides and attractions are subject to change.
Infants 0-2 years are free of charge.
Each ride has its own height requirements, ranging from 0.9m to 1.4m as a minimum.
Please note adventurers under 0.9m can enjoy multiple attractions when accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.
No children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Resort unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
please do not leave your child unattended while experiencing our rides as we are unable to look after them whilst you do this.

This experience/attraction has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or modified.

By Car: Accessible via A243, with connections from M25 (Junction 9 & 10) and A3. Parking is available on-site.

By Train: Direct trains run from London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, and Wimbledon to Chessington South station, followed by a 10-minute walk.

By Bus: Local buses (71, 465, 467) connect the resort to nearby areas like Kingston and Epsom.
